    1. Register your user name and password

    2. On receipt of your 'Confirmation Email' follow the link within.

        You will not be able to post your details until this is done

    3. Login to UK Play & Activity directory

    4. Hit the 'Submit Link' button and complete the form.

        Remember to ensure you select the County where you are situated from the drop

        down menu.
